MORE Water

Water is the best choice for thirsty kids. After all, it’s what their bodies are mostly made of. And, unlike soft drinks and juice, drinking water benefits kids by providing essential hydration – without any sugar.

Water helps regulate body temperature, supports digestion, and aids in nutrient absorption. It also promotes healthy brain function and concentration, which is especially important for school-aged children.
To make drinking water more appealing, try infusing it with slices of fresh fruits like citrus or berries. This adds a hint of natural flavor without the added sugars.
Providing easy access to water, such as having a water bottle readily available, can also help kids develop the habit of staying hydrated.
By prioritizing water as the go-to beverage for kids, you can ensure they are properly hydrated. Remember, a well-hydrated child is a healthy child.
