  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. (P)

  1. Two minutes before the pasta is cooked, add in the peas and carrots. Once the pasta is cooked and vegetables are tender, drain into colander. (P and K)

  2. While the pasta and vegetables are cooking, gently mix the rinsed and drained chickpeas. (P and K)

  3. Add the pasta mixture to a bowl, then add the chicken and salad dressing. Mix until combined. Serve salad warm or cold. (K)
