  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius. (P)

  1. Place oats in a blender/ food processor and pulse until they turn into powder. (P and k)

  2. Add flour, baking powder and Nesquik cocoa and give it another quick blend. Follow with sliced bananas, egg, vanilla, oil and molasses. Blend all ingredients into a smooth batter. Don't over mix. (P and K)

  3. Line a muffin tray with muffin cases or brush with oil. Fill the muffin cases 3/4 full, and top each muffin with chocolate chips and sprinkle oats. Bake for about 15 minutes or until risen and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. (P and K)

  4. Leave the muffins to cool for a few minutes then transfer to cool completely on a wire rack or a plate
