  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. P

  1. Coat a circular molded pan with cooking spray. Coat the molds with 1 ½ tbsp granulated sugar. P and K

  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. K

  3. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each mold K

  4. Bake the doughnuts until puffed and browned, 14 to 15 minutes and Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. P

  5. Clean the pan. Coat it with cooking spray and the remaining 1 ½ tbsp granulated sugar. Repeat steps with the remaining batter. P and K
