Coral Lentils Soup – Lunch/Dinner

  1. Wash and drain the lentils P and K

  1. Cut into slices the carrots, potato, onions and celery P

  2. Put the lentils in a large pot and add the celery, potato, carrots and 5 cups of water K

  3. Cover and boil the mixture on high heat P

  4. Reduce the heat and leave the mixture to simmer for 30 minutes until the lentils are completely cooked P

  5. Add the salt and pepper K

  6. Blend the mixture using a hand blender until the texture becomes smooth and even K

  7. Leave the mixture to simmer for a few more minutes P

  8. Serve the soup directly with the toasted bread P and K
